Company Philosophy

We’re all in this together.

  • Be open about your highs and lows. Know that vulnerability is a powerful practice for honesty and connection. Personal feelings matter. We’re all humans whether we’re at work or at home.

  • Practice letting go. Do your best possible work and then release it without attachment to the outcome. Find comfort in the results, whether good, bad or neutral.

  • Be your true self. You don’t have to dress up (unless you want to) to be professional and get taken seriously.

  • Contribute to creating an environment and company culture where the Fambient feels valued, inspired, and excited to come to work every day.
  • Embrace and drive change through creative momentum. Be the innovators of the merch industry. Create the new normal.
  • Be humble in your efforts and accomplishments by being curious, generous and thankful of those around you.
  • Maintain the highest standard of quality in your craft and bring ideas to the table to continually refine.
  • Talk things through and know that open and honest communication is the antidote for hard feelings.
  • Know that mistakes are part of a bigger process of growth. Look to others for help, feedback, and constructive criticism.
  • Be kind to yourself, others and the environment.

Leadership Philosophy

We value equitable leadership. More specifically, our leaders:

  • Have a growth mindset and are committed to a life of continual learning and self care, open mindedness and vulnerability, know their limits and when to ask for help.

  • Care deeply about the well being of who they work with. This includes regular workload/personal check-ins, maintaining a positive culture and helping others be the best version of themself

  • Are masters of practicing and communicating their craft, and inspire people to work skillfully.

  • Are resourceful, self driven and have a sense of intuitive awareness for what is needed in the department/the people within it, making decisions based on the team and company’s best interest and not their own

  • Are clear and compassionate with their intentions, communication and leadership style. This includes things like using “we” instead of “I”, using a non judgemental tone, asking questions versus making demands, not thinking they’re higher up or more important, and not micromanaging

  • Are present with who they are working with. This includes making eye contact, attentive listening, being patient, not taking things personally, addressing concerns in the moment, absorbing and transforms stress, letting people fail and helping them grow

  • Recognize and spread gratitude, celebrates accomplishments, raises the excitement/engagement level and integrates this into the rest of the company/departments

  • Create true impact in their community through persistence, creativity and respect
