2024 Holiday Season

Holiday Processing Times (November 15th – January 15th)
Orders are processed Monday – Friday (by 5pm CT) and shipped in 2-5 business days of order placement. All orders are packed and shipped by a small team of amazing humans in Eau Claire, WI. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible during the busy holiday season, but please note that processing times may be extended an additional 1-2 business days when necessary.

Shipping Deadlines

USPS & UPS have outlined the following shipping deadlines for domestic orders for the 2024 holiday season. Please note this does not include Ambient Ink’s processing time of 2-5 business days. Shipping delays are beyond Ambient Ink’s control and we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by Christmas regardless of the shipping method chosen.

DOMESTIC

We ship anywhere in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday (by 5pm CST) and shipped in 1-3 Business Days* of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays and Saturday only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.

*Please note: During December, orders may take longer to ship due to the Holiday Season. We appreciate your patience.

*All domestic orders include a tracking number that will automatically be emailed after shipment has been processed.

**These services include courier insurance for incidental damages. 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship anywhere in the world that allows imported packages and products.

Shipments dispatch Monday – Friday (at 3 PM CST) within 5 Business Days* of order placement. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following Monday (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.

  • USPS First Class Mail International (10-40 business days*)**
  • USPS Economy International (6-12 weeks*)
  • USPS Priority Mail International (7-12 business days)**
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (4-7 business days)**
  • USPS Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days)**

*Nor USPS or Ambient Inks can guarantee that packages will be delivered in the stated time frame.  

**These services include a tracking number.

All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not arrived during the suggested delivery time, please check with your local customs office. They can hold packages for 30 days, and if unclaimed by that time it will be returned to sender. We will not issue a credit or reship any items if they are lost in transit.

All shipments originate out of Eau Claire, WI. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location from the shipment’s origin.

*Ambient Inks will not be held responsible for any items lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit.

By initiating a return, you agree to the terms of our return and exchange policies outlined below.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item in your order, please reach out to support@ambientinks.com and we will provide next steps and help resolve your issue.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed and sealed items within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return at our facility. Refunds are only processed to the original payment form and are comprised of the original item(s) cost. Please note: We do not offer gift returns, gift exchanges, or merchandise credit.

Please include the reason for the return on the original packing slip or a separate sheet of paper within your return shipment. Or even better, here’s a handy Return Form to print and include in your return shipment. Mail to:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are not refunded. We recommend shipping through USPS using their Ground Advantage service.

If you would like us to provide a prepaid shipping return label, we can do so at the cost of $8.00 which will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the directions below:

If your order number begins with a letter prefix, example: CAAMP1234, BSL1234, etc., reach out to support@ambientinks.com if you would like to request an $8.00 prepaid return label. Please provide your name and order number when making the request.

If your order number begins with a 3 and you would like to obtain an $8.00 prepaid return label, you may CLICK HERE to start our easy returns process.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer any type of exchanges (i.e. a different size, color, or item format). You will need to follow the above return process for a refund and then place a new separate order for your desired item(s).

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us, we will notify you upon return by email except for the following reasons:

  • Packages sent back after sitting unclaimed in customs
  • Incorrectly submitted address
  • Any package returned via postal service for reasons not connected to Ambient Inks shipping & fulfillment

If you do not respond within 1 week we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less the original shipping.  We will not offer a reshipment or refund unless the package arrives back to our facility.

PAYMENTS

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will be applied as appropriate based on shipping address.

If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you’re still having problems, please contact our customer service team.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.

If you order non pre-order items with pre-order items they will not ship until the specified date on the product description. If you need the non pre-ordered items sooner, please place two separate orders.
