DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item in your order, please reach out to support@ambientinks.com and we will provide next steps and help resolve your issue.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed and sealed items within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return at our facility. Refunds are only processed to the original payment form and are comprised of the original item(s) cost. Please note: We do not offer gift returns, gift exchanges, or merchandise credit.
Please include the reason for the return on the original packing slip or a separate sheet of paper within your return shipment. Or even better, here’s a handy Return Form to print and include in your return shipment. Mail to:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are not refunded. We recommend shipping through USPS using their Ground Advantage service.
If you would like us to provide a prepaid shipping return label, we can do so at the cost of $8.00 which will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the directions below:
If your order number begins with a letter prefix, example: CAAMP1234, BSL1234, etc., reach out to support@ambientinks.com if you would like to request an $8.00 prepaid return label. Please provide your name and order number when making the request.
If your order number begins with a 3 and you would like to obtain an $8.00 prepaid return label, you may CLICK HERE to start our easy returns process.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer any type of exchanges (i.e. a different size, color, or item format). You will need to follow the above return process for a refund and then place a new separate order for your desired item(s).

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you upon return by email except for the following reasons:
- Packages sent back after sitting unclaimed in customs
- Incorrectly submitted address
- Any package returned via postal service for reasons not connected to Ambient Inks shipping & fulfillment
If you do not respond within 1 week we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less the original shipping. We will not offer a reshipment or refund unless the package arrives back to our facility.

PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will be applied as appropriate based on shipping address.
If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you’re still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.
